In the event your order arrives damaged due to circumstances beyond our control, call the delivery company IMMEDIATELY and report the damage. This must be called in with in 48 hours of the delivery. Then, call us with the claim number that they give you, and we will replace the damaged product free of charge.

If the product does not meet your needs or you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us for return information. You will need to return the product to us at your expense and in the original condition. Once we receive the product we will refund your full purchase price.
